What is the PCC?

The Partner Community Council (PCC), formed in 1990, is a forum for Avaya authorized partners. The PCC is a partnership between partners and Avaya working to leverage the powerful synergy across Avaya ’s enterprise portfolio.

  • Independent community that leads with one voice to gain product and service improvements
  • Addresses strategic movement in the marketplace, operational and logistical issues, and key technical information
  • 700+ individual members representing over 100 Avaya partners
  • Bi-annual conferences provide a forum for new product presentations, workshops, demos, and task force sessions

Structure and Governance

The PCC is governed by Avaya partners through an Executive Steering Committee (ESC) with Avaya executive sponsors providing support.  Specific issues are handled by separate task forces, focusing on product, operations, and marketing topics.
