The PCC Americas is a non-profit organization open to all Avaya Network’s Partners in North, Central and South America. The purpose of our organization is to bring partners together to ensure that new Avaya product rollouts contain all the necessary elements for successful introduction, implementation and maintenance worldwide.
We are governed by Avaya partners through a Board of Directors (BoD) in conjunction with Avaya executive sponsors. Task Force Calls provide monthly forums focusing on product, operations and marketing topics. Each Task Force is run by a Committee Chair and an Avaya Prime.
