Data Networking Task Force Avaya Data Networking Portfolio Technical Issues To provide a forum for communication of the Avaya Data Product Portfolio, development roadmap as well as facilitate discussion between Business Partners and Avaya SME's to continually improve service, delivery and operations. 2nd Thursday of every month at 9:30 A.M. - 10:30 A.M. Pre-Sales Engineering and Tools Task Force SME and Enterprise pre-sales engineering solutions and tool issues Our mission is to create a forum where the solutioning and pre-sales engineering of Avaya products, applications, services and evolution will be shared and discussed, in a timely manner, among Avaya, distributors, and partners resulting in effective, consistent and accurate pre-sales engineering tools, processes and solutions.  Enterprise: 1st Thursday of every month at 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

Services Task Force Day One and Day Two Services Issues The mission of the Services Task Force is to provide a mechanism for ongoing dialog between the partners and Avaya in regard to "Day one and Day Two Services" to ensure we are providing the most efficient service opportunities to our end users with timely, “best in class” service and support programs. 3rd Thursday every month at 11:00 A.M. Canadian Distributor Alliance Task Force Issues Unique to Canada for Partners and Distributors To examine and address any issues which are handled or dealt with differently in Canada than they are elsewhere. New Product Introduction Task Force New Product Introduction (NPI) Awareness The New Product Introduction (NPI) taskforce was created to enhance the visibility throughout all phases of the new product lifecycle from concept to market. Contact Centre Task Force   Improve the deployment, serviceability, functionality, and usability of the Contact Center portfolio of products. Focus on issues specific to the Contact Center environment and the challenges of integrating Avaya products into a multi-vendor environment typical of today’s Contact Center design. 2nd Thursday of every month at 1:30 P.M Central
