Who is PCC Americas?

North, Central and South American organization of voice and data Avaya partners dedicated to improving the overall products and services to our end user community.

PCC Americas is a 'not for profit' organization open to all Avaya Network's Partners in North, Central and South America. PCC Americas has two conferences a year along with monthly conference calls for various subcommittees and task forces. The purpose of this organization is to bring partners together to assure the rollout of products contain all the elements necessary for successful introduction, implementation and maintenance of Avaya products throughout the globe.
